MUSCAT: Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al Busaidy, Foreign Minister, received on Sunday a copy of the credentials of Maulidah Bwanakheir Hassan, Ambassador-designate of the United Republic of Tanzania to the Sultanate of Oman.


Sayyid Badr welcomed the Ambassador, wishing her success in her duties and further progress and development for the bilateral relations between Oman and Tanzania.

Meanwhile, the Foreign Minister received Alfredo Cesar Martinho, Ambassador of the Federative Republic of Brazil, to bid him farewell at the end of his tour of duty.


During the meeting, Sayyid Badr expressed his appreciation for the efforts made by the Ambassador, which contributed to strengthening relations between Oman and Brazil, wishing him success in his future assignments.


The two meetings were attended by Ambassador Najib bin Yahya al Balushi, Head of the Protocols Department at the Foreign Ministry, along with a number of officials from both sides. — ONA
